Consolidated shipments

Three, two, one on the link!

The wind of live streaming is blowing to cross-border e-commerce. In Southeast Asia, the United States and other regional countries, it has long been a common thing for KOLs of all sizes to broadcast and sell to the camera on platforms such as TikTok.

Every week, Aliya's loyal fans will appear in the live broadcast room on time on a fixed live broadcast day, listen to her enthusiastically introduce the day's selection, good quality and low price, after a live broadcast, many fans will place orders for several products at the same time. After the broadcast, how to quickly deliver a large number of packages to fans has become the top priority of the Aliya team.

It is not possible to correspond to one package per order, because there is no customer who likes to call the courier and keep running to receive the package, and because of this, the logistics cost is too high.

Aliya uses the new feature of OneWarehouse to combine orders from the same recipient into one package for shipment, which makes order processing faster, less logistics costs, and a better receiving experience for fans in the live broadcast room.

Whether you are a platform, an independent station, or a live e-commerce seller, you can find the [Combined Delivery] function in the OneWarehouse background, and choose to manually or intelligently merge the order, the latter mode, the warehouse system will automatically merge two or more orders with the same receiving information to execute the shipment. It's easy, it's twice as efficient.

Function configuration

1. Manually merge orders: Order management >> Pending list >> Check the orders you want to merge >> Click merge orders >> Fill in the merge order information >> Click merge orders

2. Smart merge orders: Order management >> To-be-processed list >> Click smart merge orders >> Click the View pre-merge orders button in the task center >> Click merge orders
